What happens on a Corum8 strategy call?
A strategy call is a working session about your project, not a sales presentation. You describe where the product is and what's blocking the next milestone, and we tell you specifically what we would do about it — which channels, what gets built first, and what we would leave alone. You leave with the shape of a scope and enough detail to make a decision internally. If something you need falls outside what we do, we say so on the call and point you toward the right kind of firm.
Does a strategy call cost anything?
No. The call itself is free and carries no obligation. We do not charge for the conversation, and booking one does not commit you to anything. Fees only ever come into it through a written proposal that has been shared and signed through official Corum8 company email addresses — nothing said on a call creates a cost or a commitment on either side. If the call makes it obvious we are not the right fit, we will tell you that rather than write a proposal.
Who from Corum8 joins the call?
Whoever actually does the work you are asking about. For a build conversation that means an engineer who has shipped that kind of system; for a growth conversation it means someone who has run those campaigns. We do not staff first calls with account managers who then hand you to a delivery team you have never met. If your project spans both engineering and marketing, expect two people rather than a generalist trying to cover both.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal — but three things make the call far more useful. A sentence on what the product does, a sentence on what is blocking you right now, and any numbers you already have, even rough ones. A deck helps if you have one, and its absence changes nothing. You do not need a finished brief, a budget figure or an internal sign-off to have this conversation; plenty of useful calls start from an idea and a question.
Do you work with early-stage projects or only funded ones?
Both. We have worked with teams before their first raise and with exchanges running real volume. Stage changes what makes sense to do, not whether the conversation is worth having. An early team usually needs a narrower scope and a sharper sequence; a funded team usually needs more parallel work. Tell us the stage on the call and the recommendation adjusts to it rather than being priced off a template.
Which regions do you work with?
Corum8 is headquartered in Dubai and works with clients across Europe, Singapore, the United States, wider APAC, Canada, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. Time zones are a scheduling problem, not a delivery one. Tell us where your team and your users sit and we will work out a meeting time and a working rhythm that fits, rather than expecting your team to take every call at midnight.
What if I only need part of what you do?
That is normal and it is fine. Plenty of clients come to us for one thing — a smart contract build, a PR push, a paid programme — and never take the rest. Scope is defined at the outset and you pay against that scope and the changes you ask for, not a flat retainer that bundles services you are not using. If the piece you need is small, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth engaging an agency for at all.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, and plenty of clients ask. Send it over before the call and we will sign it, or ask us and we will send ours. Either way, what you share in the conversation is treated as confidential whether or not paperwork is in place. Tokenomics, roadmaps, cap tables and unreleased product all come up in these calls regularly, and none of it leaves the people on the call.
